Finally
Today was the day. I finally made it to the gym. I thought it would be more difficult, but it felt right. I walked 3.1 miles as my goal is to run a 5K. It took the better part of an hour, but I did it. I feel like things are looking up for me. I’m feeling inspired and ready to lose this weight. Today is the beginning of something very good for me. I can just feel it.
